Vincent de Paul Bloink was the son of Lucille Mary and Richard John Bloink. He was born on the 15th of June 1911 in Ballarat East, VIC. He married Dixie Rosaline. They had one daughter and one son.
Vincent de Paul Bloink was awarded an Australia MBE on the 1st of January 1972. Between 1928-34 he served apprenticeship as Letterpress machinist.
